As a member of the firm’s probate and estate planning section, Beth Schlosser manages probate litigation files, trust administration disputes, as well as the firm’s high-volume of court-appointed guardianships, conservatorships and decedent’s estates. Ms. Schlosser regularly appears before probate court judges in Waterford & Clarkston as well as Macomb, Genesee, Wayne and the surrounding counties.
Ms. Schlosser’s practice also focuses on all aspects of estate planning including drafting and funding trusts, drafting wills, durable powers of attorney for financial and medical decisions, and HIPAA authorizations as well as the probate of testate and intestate estates and Trust administration. Ms. Schlosser has completed the Waterford & Clarkston court appointed Guardian ad Litem program and she was issued a Certificate of Completion for Probate and Estate Planning by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in December 2014.
Ms. Schlosser received a Bachelor Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Auburn Hills, Michigan, in 2011. Ms. Schlosser is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland and Genesee County Bar Associations.
